Due to this, the API is no longer accessible and the system is temporarily unable to operate as before.

Refund Policy

Thank you for using the Chrome Extension provided by YTuong Team. This Refund Policy ("Policy") is designed to ensure a clear understanding of our refund processes and to protect the rights of both parties. Please read this policy carefully before using our service.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 We accept refund requests only if:

  • The customer submits the refund request within 14 days of purchasing and using the service.
  • The refund request is based on reasonable issues, such as the service not functioning as advertised or unresolved technical issues caused by us.

1.2 Requests for refunds will not be accepted after 14 days of the service usage.

1.3 Refunds will not be issued for purchases made using coupons or promotional codes.

2. Refund Fee

A 10% refund fee will be applied on the total transaction value when processing a refund. The remaining balance will be refunded back to the payment method used during purchase.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions to our extension are set to automatically renew on a monthly basis unless the customer cancels the subscription.

3.2 Customer Responsibility for Subscription Management

It is the customer's responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to continue using the service or avoid automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.

Cancellation can be done via the platform where the subscription was purchased (e.g., Chrome Web Store or our website).

3.3 Refund for Auto-Renewed Subscriptions

For a subscription that has already been renewed but not actively used, we do not issue a refund for the renewed period.

4. Refund Process

4.1 To request a refund, please:

  • Send an email with detailed information about your issue to admin@ytuong.me.
  • Provide your transaction ID or valid purchase details for verification.

4.2 Refund processing time:

  • Once we receive your request and verify the details, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
  • The 10% refund fee will be deducted before the refund amount is issued.

5. Important Terms

  • Refunds will not be issued for purchases made using coupons or promotional codes.
  • This Refund Policy does not cover services that have been fully utilized or issues that fall outside of our responsibility, such as incorrect usage by the customer or incompatibility with their platform.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.
